Data entry is, at best, difficult. Worse, the app kicks you out in the process and will not let you continue!

I just love this app, its so useful and comprehensive

When u fill in the profile it only will allow US addresses. Also when filling in the age it kicks you out of the app. Not impressed

Even for free its not worth it. It comes up very short on what its trying to provide. Perhaps the author should check the various apps in this category so that he understands what users really want. There are some good ideas but you need to go further to provide these fully functional features. And yes make it international!! What gives? Its just an address!

This is very nice app. You can create profiles for family members...Allows you to synch data with another ios device or share them as pdf via email. Thanks!

I like this app and has helped me many times when at the doctors office. I lost all my data for some reason recently and have emailed support twice in 10 days with no reply on if and how I can recover the data. Needs cloud support

I love this app being a parent of child special needs who takes lots of meds this app is a life saver ... I wish it had a section of meds that we tried that didnt work and had to be changed .. Other then that I love this app I showed my sons dr and she wrote it down to share with others .. Thank you very much this app is a lifesaver ..Thank you for the update. :)

Having to take care of four generations of family members, especially my elderly mother, this is a huge time saver and makes it less stressful trying to remember everything. Thank you! I work in the medical field and have told some of our patients about this easy to use App. I have shared it on Facebook, too!

This is a great tool, a timesaver when filling out forms at the drs office.the other day we were talking about health insurance with our agent I was able to "share" my profile instead of having to look things up. I have been recommending it to others.

I love the new upgrades! I hate filling out paperwork and remembering my medical history, so this app is a lifesaver for me. Now, I just need to fill it out for my kids!

Holds basic info that is handy. Would like to see a section that you could document labs and lab trends.

Pick list for conditions limited and found myself typing same stuff over and over again. Copy contact feature for providers but not family members. If there is this functionality it wasnt apparent to me.

Thanks for the update to transfer profiles with pictures. It would be nice to add to the settings sort options by date (ascending or descending) for the different sections like the Procedures Thanks

This app came in handy big time when I broke my wrist. I had my insurance info and medical history, including my current medications, in one nice package. The doctors were impressed with the app and so am I.

Love it. I am using it. I have many issues/ medical history and keep forgetting my info. So far, this helps. Wish I could add pictures of my pills/ medicine. Or that I could sort them ( ie pills, vitamins, OTC, as needed, etc) and that there was a seperate space to put the prescribing drs name. I have so much info, doubt it can hold it all. But this should still help, thank you for making it!!!

I have so much info to keep track of and I always forget things when I go to the doctor. This is a huge help. Works well. New update helps s lot

This app has come in so handy when seeing new drs or have procedures done. The doctors that see me using it are impressed with how handy the info is. Updated 4/9 and am not disappointed. It holds all the info needed to keep track of your Heath records.
